  I was a tenant for over 4 years & I never had any major issues. As long as rent was paid all was fine. Move out was not as great. At the end of our lease it was difficult to get in touch with Carl & we were diverted to John whom we didn't know & frankly didn't know what his position was/is at KW. John was not very informative & was short during our move out process which was stressful to me as I wanted everything to be done right & on time. It took over 14 business days from the end of our lease to recieve a statement of charges & what was left of our deposit. Which by law it states that the entire deposit should be returned in full if a statement of charges isnt received within 14 business days. We were charged for a repair (over $300) that should have been repaired while we were living there & they were notified several times within 2 years. We were also charged $90 for "landscaping" when we had already hired someone to clean up the yard & trim trees, bushes etc.. we drove by & saw that 2 shrubs had been trimmed again. We did reach out to Carl but instead of Carl replying John did in a very short email. He didn't address all of our concerns.
