  I haven't been with my All state agent, Oscar, for long but am already extremely pleased. Nothing can compare to having an agent you can reach out to and get immediate responses and guidance from. He made incredible (positive) changes to my insurance with regards to my payments and coverage details. I'm so happy I switched to All State and try not to focus on the fact that I should have done it a long time ago. 5 full stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Oscar has been my Allstate agent for 6 years now. When I got in an accident a couple of years ago him and his staff called me to follow up on the progress of the claim even though he wasnt involved in it. Him and his staff call me every now and then to make sure my policies are suited for my situations and they work hard to save me money. If I feel my rates are a little high, they can make suggestions to personal changes I can make to lower the rates. For example, I wanted to save just a little more while keeping my coverages the same. Oscar explained that paying the whole policy every 6 months saves about $18 more. Every little penny helps in these times. I would highly reccomend Allstate and Oscar Arnold specifically to at least get a quote. They were better than GEICO and Progressive.

  Oscar has been outstanding. Extremely personable and kind he has provided a level of customer service that allows me to sincerely recommend him to anyone I know. In addition after I explained how tight my family budget is, he worked with me to find all the discounts that could be had and delivered policy coverage levels that made the most sense. I work in a industry where I help shape and control the customer service experience delivered by over 200 others, I don't often run into someone that exceeds my expectations.
