- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After 49 years without any accidents through State Farm, we received a quote from AAA for Auto and Home Insurance. AAA was much lower then State Farm so we switched auto and home insurance to AAA last August 2014. This year we receive a Renewal Offer from AAA for auto insurance, and they increased the coverage by over 10%. We again did not have any accidents or even used the roadside assistance. Seems to me that AAA gave us an "introductory offer quote" so that we would switch, and then jack up the rates the second year. We will be shopping again this year for a new auto insurance provider.
